Sometimes you can find the special in the simple. For our kitchen, this means: fresh, regional ingredients, traditionally authentic recipes and great care in preparation. We use products from South Tyrolean agriculture out of conviction and obtain most of our meat products from the surrounding organic farms. We use free-range eggs from regional farmers and of course only "Puschtra" potatoes.
